Our laboratory examines current industry practices for microbial control and reduction. Previous and active projects include:

  • Examination of tree fruit packing antimicrobial interventions
  • Assessment of tree fruit bin sanitation practices
  • Examination of ultra-violet light as an antimicrobial treatment
  • Assessment of antimicrobial interventions for on-farm poultry harvest operations
